A. User-Supplied Information
- Account Information: To use our platform, you create a personalized account using a unique username and password. This is stored securely to authenticate your access.
- Trip Parameters: We collect specific details regarding your planned trips, including your destination, travel dates, trip duration, and the total number of travelers.
- Travel Preferences & Interests: To generate personalized recommendations, we ask for and store information about your travel style (e.g., budget, luxury, fast-paced) and specific interests (e.g., culture, adventure, food).
B. Automatically Collected & Technical Data
- Analytics Data (PostHog): We collect behavioral and usage data to understand how you interact with our platform (e.g., pages visited, features used). We use PostHog to host and analyze this data, utilizing their infrastructure located within the European Union.
- Server & Infrastructure Logs: Technical logs (such as IP addresses and device types) are processed via our backend infrastructure, managed by Supabase and hosted on secure AWS servers located in France (EU).
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Itinerary Personalization: To generate custom-tailored travel itineraries aligned with your specified destination, travel dates, and travel preferences.
- Account Management & Persistence: To maintain your user account, save your past and current itineraries on our platform, and enable you to access them across multiple sessions.
- Algorithm and Platform Optimization: To analyze usage trends through aggregated data to improve our underlying recommendation engine and general application performance.
- Transactional Notifications: To transmit automated system emails necessary for account lifecycle management, such as account creation verification and password reset links. (We do not send marketing or promotional emails.)
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We prioritize data minimization. We do not sell your data, and we do not partner with third-party booking engines or advertisers. Your data is shared only with service providers required to operate the application:

We respect your ownership over your data. We retain your personal information, trip parameters, and preferences only for as long as your account is active.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account at any time. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, all associated credentials, preferences, and saved itineraries will be permanently purged from our active databases.
- Data Portability & Modification: You can modify your stored travel styles, interests, and account profiles directly within the platform's settings interface.
5. Security
We implement strict backend safeguards, utilizing Supabase's encryption and security standards on EU-based AWS servers, to protect your credentials and travel parameters against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
